Exactly right. Saturated fat and cholesterol intake have never been an accurate marker for someone's risk for CD. You should check out Dr. Peter Attia's article series called "The Straight Dope on Cholesterol" (eatingacademy.com). Have you read Good Calories Bad Calories by Gary Taubes?
